Employee Assistance Program

Converge International provide the following services:

  • 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks per year CONFIDENTIAL Face to Face, telephone and Online Counselling
  • After Hours, Emergency, Financial and Legal Counselling
  • Three initial sessions 
  • Referral Services (If more than the allocated numbers of session is required)
  • Manager Assist Support hotline
  • Critical Incident Response Counselling
  • Mediation
  • Access to Converge International’s web based Extranet that provides information in health and wellbeing to staff and managers
