High quality research drives innovation. It advances our understanding of the world around us and delivers improvements in patient care and treatment.

Our research vision 

NSW Health Pathology aspires to:

Our research 

Each year our researchers:

  • undertake more than 120 research projects
  • produce more than 500 peer-reviewed publications (75pc in high impact journals)
  • provide services to almost 300 research projects (58pc commercial; 42pc non-commercial).

We have a Research Strategy, and an established governance framework and advisory committee.
