NSWHP recently released it’s new ‘Research Publication Authorship, Affiliation and Acknowledgements’ Policy (NSWHP_PD_026). This policy defines the requirements for NSWHP employees, students and other external research colleagues to acknowledge the support provided by NSW Health Pathology in completing research and research-related activities, including clinical trials.

All NSW Health Pathology author affiliations must include the following elements in the following order;

  1. The name of the clinical service or specialty;
  2. ‘NSW Health Pathology’;
  3. Location of the service or specialty;
  4. and any additional partnership affiliations (where applicable);
  5. City and State, Country.
