Vision and Values

Our Vision

To help guide our efforts, we have developed a vision that articulates our aspirations for the future. This vision was developed with input from our staff as part of the development of our five-year strategic plan.

Our Values 

More than 1,200 staff across our organisation provided feedback on the values most important to them.

Our values shape our organisational culture and guide how we interact with one another, our partners, customers and patients.

As part of the broader NSW Health system, we will also respect and display the CORE values in our day-to-day actions and decisions. That means actively encouraging Collaboration, Openness and Respect in the workplace to create a sense of Empowerment for our staff to use their knowledge, skills and experience to provide the best possible care to patients, their families and carers.
