Plans and Priorities
In our first five years, we’ve achieved so many great things. We’ve grown, matured and improved how we deliver our service.
We’ve come together as one statewide service and are now the preferred provider and commissioner of public pathology in NSW with a world renowned forensic science service.
With our first five-year strategic plan coming to an end in 2018, now is the perfect time to explore how we continue to offer the best statewide service.
Over the coming months we are working to construct and shape our new vision, direction and priorities for 2019-2023.
There will be a range of ways you can share your views, insights and aspirations for shaping our future. This will include a range of meetings, workshops, online forums and more.
To help us get started, we’ve developed Future Directions in Pathology (PDF 1012.8KB)
We will use it as part of our conversations with our customers about our plans to forge stronger connections, alignment and partnerships in the coming years and help us to continue to deliver world-class integrated care and services for the NSW community.
